Bula!! I recently returned from Fiji for my second time. I was able to visit several different islands and see almost 20 hotels. We were on the main island in Nadi and Suva, and then took a boat to the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands.
The non-stop flight from LAX to Fiji is 10.5 hours. It leaves at night, and you arrive in the morning two days later because you cross the international dateline. On the return, you actually arrive home before you left making up the day you lost when you left the United States.
Fiji has 333 islands and is one of the best places in the world to snorkel or dive. But the thing that makes Fiji a great destination is the people. They are genuinely the friendliest people you will ever meet! Fiji is a great honeymoon or family destination. I would recommend Fiji to anyone that wants to enjoy the water, relax and have a great time!
