Kakadu National Park, Australia: A Must See

The Aboriginal people have occupied the Kakadu area for over 40,000 years. This national park is located in the Northern Territory of Australia, easily accessible from Darwin. The cultural sites number over 5,000, offering history of the region and rock art of the people. The beauty of the park will take your breath away, as you gaze on rocks and escarpments that go on extensively. Nourlangie Rock, the wetlands, grassy regions, archeological sites along with wildlife including water buffalo and crocodiles will dazzle the senses.

When traveling to Australia, there is so much not to miss. Kakadu National Park is worth the journey and will remain a memory for a lifetime.
