I just got back from a wonderful trip to the Hawaiian island of Maui, which I think has some of the best beaches in the world. Their white sand beaches are great for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. The island is also known for whale-watching from December to May, with the months of February and March being the peak times to watch a humpback whale calf breaching alongside its mother. The island is also well known for its championship golf courses.
