Wondering where to stay next time you’re in Las Vegas? I have an idea. Last week I had the opportunity to attend the Luxury Travel Expo, held at the Mandalay Bay, so stayed there for two nights.
It was fun to see Vegas all decked out for the holidays.
Curious what a standard Mandalay Bay room looks like? I snapped a few pictures to show you an example. I really liked my room – it was spacious, with modern amenities and a contemporary feel.
The Luxury Travel Expo included three days of travel-industry educational seminars/workshops, plus an exhibit hall with over 500 luxury travel suppliers to get to acquainted with. We were greeted by some classic Vegas friends for a photo op.
We managed to sneak in a show on this business trip, and saw The Lion King one night at the Mandalay Bay Theatre. If you haven’t seen that show yet, get thee to Vegas! I thought it was absolutely incredible – the costumes and sets were amazing.
Don’t forget about Vegas this winter, when you need a quick trip to brighten your post-holiday blues.
